Backoffice Admin Actions

The DEUSS Backoffice is a dedicated command center for platform administrators and compliance officers. This environment provides comprehensive oversight of the entire ecosystem, ensuring orderly market conduct and strict regulatory adherence.

Administrators are responsible for the continuous monitoring of platform users, corporate entities, bond lifecycles, and all live trading transactions. Crucially, the backoffice equips administrators with powerful compliance tools, allowing them to intervene in exceptional scenarios—such as freezing a compromised entity or executing a forced transfer of assets to adhere to legal mandates.

Managing Companies and Compliance

Administrators have a top-down view of all corporate entities operating on the platform. The "Companies" dashboard displays critical verification states, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) statuses, and wallet activity.

Navigating into a specific company's profile provides a detailed breakdown of their registration data, acting persons, and risk scores. From this view, administrators can execute critical governance actions, such as utilizing the "Freeze company" function to immediately halt an entity's ability to transact if suspicious activity is detected.

User Identity and Verification

Alongside corporate oversight, administrators monitor the individual users representing these entities. The platform tracks identity verification statuses to ensure all actors meet strict KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements before they can participate in the market.

Through the user detail view, the compliance team can manually update verification statuses or review the specific wallet addresses and Distributor IDs tied to a user's decentralized identity.

Bond Lifecycle Oversight

The backoffice provides dual visibility into the platform's assets. The "Registered bonds" section allows administrators to manage and monitor draft proposals and issuances as they are being structured and approved by distributors prior to tokenization.

Once assets are minted, administrators utilize the "Bonds on marketplace" dashboard. This view leverages a blockchain indexer to read and display live, on-chain data for all active assets circulating in the primary market.

Administrators can drill down into any specific issuance to review the immutable parameters, use of proceeds, and foundational data presented to investors.

Trading and Transaction Monitoring

Ensuring a transparent and secure trading environment requires constant monitoring of market interactions. Administrators have granular visibility into individual bond ledgers, allowing them to view specific buyer and seller interactions and pending transactions for a single asset.

For a macro-level view, the platform-wide "Trading" dashboard aggregates all active offers and counter-offers across the entire network, ensuring administrators can monitor overall market liquidity and pricing trends.

Finally, the "Deals" tab provides an exhaustive, indexer-backed log of all executed and pending agreements. Administrators can track the exact status (e.g., Pending, Not paid), settlement amounts, and expiration timelines to guarantee smooth fiat-to-token settlement across the ecosystem.
